Obituary for a Much‑Loved Husband, Dad, Grandad and Great‑Grandad
On 16th August, my beloved Dad passed away, leaving a space in our lives that can never be filled. A devoted Husband, a proud Father, a cherished Grandad and a joyful Great‑Grandad, he was the steady centre of our family — the one whose kindness, humour and quiet strength held three generations together.
He was loved deeply and widely, not only by his family but by many friends who knew him as a man of warmth, loyalty and gentle wisdom. Whether sharing a story, offering a helping hand, or simply being present, he made people feel valued. His presence was a comfort, his jokes a gift, and his love a constant that shaped all of us.
We will miss him more than words can ever express. His legacy lives on in the memories we share, the lessons he taught, and the love he gave so freely. Three generations carry him forward in their hearts — a testament to a life well‑lived and a man well‑loved.
