Sophie Louise (Soph)
Passed away peacefully on 16th September aged 27 years . Cherished daughter to Kaye, Geoff and Nicola. Adored wife of Nathan and loving friend to many. Family and friends please meet for the funeral service on Thursday 10th October at 13:30pm at Sunderland Crematorium, followed by a celebration of Sophie's life and to share memories of Sophie at Red House Community Centre after the service. Donations in memory of Sophie to Anthony Nolan Trust. A donation box will be available as you exit the Crematorium Chapel. Sophie will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her .
