It is with deep sadness we announce that Sally passed away at Frimley Park Hospital on Thursday 17th April, aged 79.
Sally will be greatly missed by her loving son & daughter, Lee & Helen, her family and friends and all those that knew her.
Funeral service to be held at Easthampstead Park Crematorium on Wednesday 28th May at 11.30am, in the Braccan Chapel. Anyone wishing to pay their respects is welcome.
Family flowers only for the funeral please but donations, for those who wish, may be made to Thames Valley Air Ambulance, via the link below, in memory of Sally.
