It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Sue James on Thursday 17th April 2025. A much loved mother, step-mother, Nanny and friend to many. She will be sadly missed.
A funeral service for Mrs Susan (Sue) James will be held on Wednesday 21st May 12.40pm at Chester Crematorium Blacon,
and afterwards for light refreshments at The Cheshire Cat, Christleton (please RSVP for catering numbers to Amanda Carmichael - carmichael@blueyonder.co.uk)
There will be family flowers only. Mum/Sue's wishes were to ask for donations to charity instead. As a lifelong educator with a commitment to the education of girls, the aims of the Malala Fund would have been close to her heart.
