Sadly passed away at the Walton Centre, Fazakerly on 17th April 2026. Derek's funeral is to take place on Monday 18th May 2026 at 1.30pm at West Lancashire Crematorium.
Colourful casual dress code to help celebrate the life of Derek who will be very much missed by all his family and friends.
After the service, refreshments will be provided at Hurlston Hall, Hurlston Lane, Scarisbrick, Ormskirk L40 8HB.
