Unexpectedly passed away at A.R.I on Tuesday 17th June, Diana, aged 76 years.
Beloved wife of the late Michael, loving mum to Nicola and Darren, mother-in-law to Lynette, nana to Caitlin, Madison, Lexi and Eden and great Nana to Declan and Marnie.
Very special thanks to the medical staff of ward 306.
