Richard "Dick" Chaplin sadly passed away at Walton Park Care Home on 17th September 2025 aged 79 years.
He’d been battling Dementia for the last 7+ years but unfortunately it took a very sudden turn following an infection beginning of May.
He was the strongest, kindest, most genuine, hardworking man who always had a smile for everyone he met.
He pre planned his funeral and would love his friends and family to donate to Dementia uk, please see the link below.
We would love as many of you as possible to join us to celebrate his life and stay for a drink and bite to eat afterwards (all details below)
