Graeme sadly passed away on Friday 17th October aged 72 years. He will be missed by all that knew him. We have picked the Isabel Hospice as the recipient of any donations as Graeme was there for five wonderful weeks. The help, care, support, dignity from everyone there was amazing. They need donations to keep the essential work going on there.
