Passed away peacefully with her family by her side.
Loving Mum to her children, Catherine and Peter.
Wonderful Grandma to her grandchildren, Rhian, Sean, Kelly, Kirsty, Simeon and Harry.
Great Grandmother to Alexander and William.
Sandy is now reunited with her Mum and Dad, and her beloved pets, free to walk in the garden forever
