Beloved Dad to Chris and Grandad to Jasmin and Georgina sadly passed away peacefully on Tuesday 17th December 2024.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday 23rd January 2025 at Chilterns Crematorium, Hampden Chapel, Whielden Lane, Amersham, Buckinghamshire, HP7 0ND at 14.00pm
Following the Committal all are invited to join the family at The Cock Inn, Church Lane, Sarratt, Hertfordshire, WD3 6HH where refreshments and a finger buffet will be available.
Donations, if desired, in memory of Derek can be made to the Cancer Research Uk Online or a donation box will be available on the flower terrace after the service.
