With great sadness we announce the death of Barry Clark O'Byrne on 18th February 2026, aged 88 years.
He will be greatly missed by his wife, Patricia, son, Damian, daughter-in-law Emma, grandchildren Charlotte and Olivia and all of his friends and family, particularly his brothers Patrick and Cormac.
Barry was full of praise for the work of the staff who cared for him at Watford General during his short illness, one of whom undertakes voluntary work for the Hospice of St Francis, hence the suggested donation.
Whilst Barry's passing is obviously devastating to all who knew him, we wish to celebrate his life and so encourage everyone to wear bright colours and sandals - naturally!
