Brett passed away surrounded by loved ones at Thames Hospice Aged 61.
Brett's family have requested for everyone to wear smart clothes but not formal mourning clothes, as Brett wanted everyone to be comfortable. They have also asked everyone wears something green to show support for Thames Hospice, and their outstanding work.
