It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Zoanna Kym Logan ( Formerly known as Davina Theresa Thorp) peacefully in Glan Clwyd Hospital on 18th April 2024.
Loving mum to Logan and cherished wife of Jim, Zoe will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by all of her family and friends.
The Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday 8th May at St Asaph Crematorium at 3pm.
Donations instead of flowers kindly accepted in the memory of Zoanna to The Friends of Renal (Glan Clwyd Hospital).
Please wear a hat and buy something from a charity shop to wear or whatever makes you happy.
