Peacefully in Sunderland Royal Hospital on Thursday 18th June. Sadly missed by Ray, Steven, Kimberley, Lauren and Livia-Vittoria, beloved sister of Anthony, Peter and Paul.
Donations in memory of Jacqueline can be made to Marigold Care Home. A Donation box will be available on the day.
