It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden loss of Sean Gary Davis, who passed away peacefully on 18th June 2026 following a short illness, aged 65.
Son of John and Mona Davis, Sean was a loving father of two and a cherished grandfather of five.
A beloved brother and uncle, Sean will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
His kindness and sense of humour will always be remembered by his family and the many friends he made during his years at the Express Dairies, more recently at Simmons Bakery, and at the Horse & Groom in Old Hatfield, where he was greatly loved and leaves behind countless happy memories.
We invite all those who knew and loved him to join us in celebrating his life and paying their respects at his funeral service and afterwards at the wake.
Sean's funeral service will be held on Wednesday 29 July 2026 at 12 noon at Oak Hill Lawn Crematorium (South Way, Hatfield, AL10 8HS) followed by his wake at the Horse & Groom Pub, Old Hatfield (Park St, Hatfield AL9 5AT)
