Jason sadly passed away on Sunday 18th August 2024, aged 52 years. He is deeply missed by his family and friends.
His funeral service is on Tuesday 24th September, 3pm at Medway Crematroium, East Chapel. Flowers are welcome. Donations if desired to Cancer Research, there will be a donation box avalible with the flowers outside the chapel.
