Following a short illness Dr Jacob Afuakwah passed peacefully on 18th October 2024 at Westerton Care home in Glasgow.
Jacob was a beloved husband to Violet, a loving father to Richard and Charles, a brother to Moses, Isaac, Samuel, Joshua and Rebecca, a loving grandparent to Christopher and Alexander and a friend to many.
The funeral service will be held at Clydebank Crematorium. North Dalnottar, Clydebank. G81 4SL
