Derek sadly passed away peacefully at home on the 18th November 2025 at the age of 83 years.
He will be dearly missed by his family, friends and all who knew him.
Cash donations in lieu of flowers for Derek will be gratefully received for the Therapeutic Apheresis Unit, Haematology Dept, St James's Hospital Leeds via the donation box provided at the service.
