It is with deep sadness that the family announce the very sad news that Susan passed away on the 18th of December at Ashgate hospice at the age of 62 years. Susan's family thank you for your thoughts and kind words of support and sympathy at this very difficult time. Any donations in Susan's memory will be for Ashgate Hospice and Macmillan Cancer Support which can be donated online via this giving page to Ashgate or both at the service via the donation box.
