Kathleen Veronica Swan, 65, passed away peacefully on Sunday 19 January 2025, surrounded by her loving family.
A wonderful sister to Will, Andy, Moira and Steven. Devoted wife to Stuart. Loving mother to William, John and Raymond. Fantastic Granny to Ethan, Rhys, Emily, Mikayla, Aiden, Noah and Hannah. Adoring Great Granny to Isobelle and Alistair.
Kathleen lived and loved for her family, she will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
