It is with great sadness that the family of Margaret Tawse (nee Cumine) announces her death after a brief illness, on 19th February 2025, at the age of 97.
Margaret will always be lovingly remembered by her daughters Helen and Alison, her grandchildren Fiona, James, Rachel, Brynley, Emily and Anna, and her great grandchildren Jacob, Finnan, Imogen, William, Darcey and Molly. She will be immensley missed by all her family and many friends.
The funeral service will be held at Our Lady & St Michael Catholic Church, Garston, Herts at 12pm on Thursday 20th March 2025, followed by burial at North Watford Cemetery, North Western Avenue, Watford and Celebration Reception at the Metropolitan Club, Aldenham Road, Bushey.
All are welcome to attend. The family preference is for no black attire but to wear something colourful to reflect Margaret’s warm, sunny and bright nature.
Family flowers only.
If desired, donations in lieu of flowers can be made to Dementia UK. Whilst Margaret was not affected herself by this disease, some family members and dear friends have been and the family feel this is the most fitting tribute to her.
