Ken Williams CVO CBE QPM BA
Passed away peacefully at home on 19th February 2026, aged 81.
Beloved husband of Jean for 55 wonderful years, much loved dad to Alison and Jenny, a proud and devoted grandpa to Beth and Evie, and a treasured older brother to Peggy.
Ken was a loving, funny, dedicated family man who meant everything to his loved ones and held a special place in the hearts of dear friends and all who knew him. He was deeply proud to have served as Chief Constable of Norfolk Constabulary from 1993 to
2002, and remained devoted to the county.
He will be greatly missed and always remembered with love.
There will be a private funeral for family and friends. Anyone who wishes to pay respects to Ken, should please raise a glass of whisky in his honour. Donations, if desired, to Norfolk Wildlife Trust and can be made via the 'Make A Donation' button on this page.
