It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Linda Birch (née Barker), who passed away on Sunday, 19th April 2026 at Doncaster Royal Infirmary, aged 76 years.
Linda was a much-loved Mother to Paul and Lisa, Grandmother to Amy and Ellen and Great-Grandmother to Hali, who will be greatly missed.
Linda's life was a rich tapestry of love, wisdom and enduring strength that touched the hearts of all who knew her.
A funeral service to Celebrate Linda's life will take place on Wednesday, 13th May 2026 at 11am at St. John's Church, Mexborough followed by Committal at 12 noon in Mexborough Cemetery.
Flowers welcome.
Donations in Linda's memory can be made to a Cancer Charity of your choice or St. John's Church.
