It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Freddie on 19th August, at the age of 80.
Freddie was the very soul of every gathering, a gentle and calming presence who effortlessly put everyone at ease. He had an incredible gift for making people laugh, with a sharp wit and a brilliant sense of humour that could brighten even the darkest of days.
Freddie’s laid-back nature made him the person everyone gravitated towards, and his laughter was truly infectious. His humour wasn’t just clever, it was warm and full of heart, leaving everyone he met with a smile on their face and a lighter spirit. Freddie’s joyful spirit touched the lives of so many, and he will be profoundly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Over the course of Freddie's life, he donated over 100 pints of blood, a contribution so significant that he was honoured with an award.
