Sadly, our much loved husband, brother, father and friend Richard Wayles passed away on Monday 19th of August 2024. He passed peacefully around his family after a thirteen month battle with Motor Neurone Disease. Richard has forever been well loved by whoever had the pleasure of his company, therefore we invite everyone to celebrate his life with us.
His service will be held on Friday 13th of September at the New Forest Crematorium at 11:00. From 12:30 till 16:30 his reception will be held on private hire at The Oaks in Highcliffe, where we will raise canapes and drinks to him. From 16:30 onwards the pub will be open to anyone that would like to have a drink or two, in memory of our Richard. So please spread the word, as we would like as many people as possible to celebrate him, and give us all a day to remember!
We ask for family flowers only to be ordered through Flowers by Design in Highcliffe. In lieu of flowers from friends we are asking for donations to; the Motor Neurone Disease Association's East Dorset and New Forest Branch and Macmillan Caring Locally. These are two charities that worked very closely and supported Richard and his family, during his illness. Please click the links above to donate.
Finally, in the spirit of Richard we ask for everyone to wear black and red, to represent Richard's first love - AFC Bournemouth. If you would like to attend please RSVP to Richard's mobile on 07888738340
