Mrs Naomi Louise Taylor

15th December 1938 - 19th August 2025

Flowers welcome

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Naomi Louise Taylor passed away peacefully at home on August 19, 2025, at the age of 86.

Born in Trelawny, Jamaica, to Olivia and Harold Thomas, Naomi was the third of eight siblings: Ezekiel, Linnett,  Eric,Teslyn, Millicent, Tommy, and Eva.

To her friends and family, she was known by many names—Mrs. T, Sister Lou, Lou Lou, and Miss Olivia’s Red Daughter—but to her children, she was simply Mum.

Naomi was a woman of remarkable strength and determination, always setting and achieving her goals. She welcomed everyone with warmth and kindness. We will forever cherish her extraordinary talent in the kitchen, her boundless generosity, and her radiant smile that could brighten any room.

Her legacy lives on through her five children, Errol, Derek, Cleveland (deceased 2012),Veronica, and Karen; her ten grandchildren; and her seven great-grandchildren.
