Dianne sadly passed away on Wednesday after a brave battle with cancer. She had wonderful support from her GP, QEQM, community nurses and carers, all of whom made it possible to fulfill Dianne's wish to be cared for at home, to the last.
Dianne will be greatly missed by all of her loving family and friends.
