Peacefully passed away in The Hawthorne’s Care Home, Peterlee on September 19th, 2026, Alan aged 80 years.
Beloved husband of Jennifer, much loved dad of Mandy, Andrea and Paul, father-in-law of John and Melissa,
adored granda of Daniel, Liam, Amy, Rebecca, Charlotte, Sophie, Nathan, Josh, Matthew and Poppie and also a
cherished great-granda of Brooklyn, Henri, Harri, Hatti, Leo, Luca, Kenzie, Lucas and the late Corey.
Funeral service is to be held on Wednesday 14th October at 11am in Stranton Grange Crematorium Chapel,
flowers welcome or donations for Dementia UK in Alan’s memory.
All are welcome please meet at the crematorium.
