Andrew sadly passed away at home on Sunday 19th October, aged 62 years.
Loving father to Emily and step father to Dave, Andrew will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
A funeral service will take place on Wednesday 12th November at Colwyn Bay Crematorium at 11am.
Donations, if desired, in memory of Andrew will be gratefully received for Macmillan Cancer Support
