Passed away peacefully on 19th December, aged 80 years.
Reunited with his beloved wife Anne.
Adrian will be very sadly missed by all his loving family and friends.
Family flowers only please. Donations to Midsomer Norton Men's Shed and Chilcompton Football Club Youth Teams may be placed in the retiring collection following the service.
