Passed away suddenly at home.
Aged 64 Years.
Will friends and family please meet for a Service to celebrate Tony's life at South Shields Crematorium on Monday January 12th at 1:15pm.
Donations, if so desired and in lieu of flowers, will be gratefully accepted by Tony's family on behalf of various local animal charities and a collection box will be provided as you leave the Crematorium.
Rest in Peace.
