Ricky sadly passed away on the evening of Saturday 20th January 2024. He passed peacefully in his own home surrounded by his family. Ricky was born in a Scottish castle during WWII. He was the first born to Thomas and Jane and brother to James and Jean. Ricky went on to qualify as a motor mechanic where he met his wife Lisa. They had two children Mark and Nicola and went on many adventures living across the globe. Ricky worked very hard all his life even taking a second job to help his daughter through University. He was lucky to work with many wonderful and warm people some of whom became lifelong friends. Ricky took the greatest pleasure being Granpa to Seb and Nic and always said Mark and Silvia were brilliant parents. Ricky was a lifelong animal lover and his grand dogs Reg and Sash always made a beeline for his cuddles. Ricky was a humble, modest, courageous, stoic and kind man whose mischievous smile will forever be treasured.
