It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Ian on Sunday 20th April, peacefully at Glan Clwyd Hospital. Ian will be sadly missed by all of his family and friends.
The funeral will take place at St Asaph Crematorium on Friday 23rd May at 2pm followed by light refreshments at Abergele Golf Club, Abergele after the service.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired to go to Carers Trust North Wales.
