Pam passed away peacefully at Eastlake Care Home aged 95 years. A loving Mum, mum-in-law, Nana, Granna, sister and friend, Pam was one of life's characters and she certainly made an impact on those around her! Full of determination, once Pam started something she kept going! Her infectious laugh and bright smile lit her world right up until the end. She will be sadly missed.
