Carmel passed away peacefully on 20th September 2024 at Southmead Hospital aged 76.
She will be deeply missed by all her family and friends.
The funeral service will take place on Tuesday 15th October 2024 at the Waterside Chapel, Westerleigh Crematorium at 2.45pm.
