Aged 79
Tony passed away peacefully in South Tyneside District Hospital surrounded by his loving wife and family.
Would family and friends please meet at South Shields Crematorium on Monday October 12th at 10.30am for a service to commemorate Tony's life.
Donations, if so desired and in lieu of flowers, will be gratefully accepted by his family on behalf of the Alzheimer's Society and a collection box will be available as you leave the crematorium.
Rest in Peace.
