It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Chris, a beloved father, grandfather, friend, and member of the community. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Born in Airmyn in 1945, Chris spent his life devoted to his passions — railways, canals, airplanes, carpentry, and documenting the family tree for future generations. He was known for his kindness, his dedication to family, and his love of machines that move.
Chris was a cherished father to Josie and Jonathan, and a loyal friend to many. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate to know him.
