Mrs Patricia ( Pat ) Jones formerly of Crich, Derbyshire sadly passed away on January 21st in Kingsmill Hospital aged 78 years. Pat will be missed dearly by her loving husband & family.
Donations in lieu of flowers are to be passed to The Trussell Trust Food Banks in memory of Pat.
