Suddenly, at home, on 21st February aged 55 years.
Dearly beloved wife of Simon, much loved mum of Finlay and a dear sister of Joanne and David.
She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
A celebration of Susan's life will take place at Huddersfield Crematorium on Monday 17th March at 1.15pm.
Normal funeral attire is not required, but please wear whatever you feel comfortable in. You are welcome to wear something bright and colourful or just a splash of colour.
Family flowers only please.
Donations, in lieu, will be gratefully received for the benefit of the MS Society and Crohn's & Colitis UK.
A box will be available as you exit the chapel.
