Our dearest Helen passed away peacefully in her sleep on 21 March after courageously battling various forms of cancer for almost three years. We are so grateful for the wonderful support Helen received from the Cancer Oncology Unit at the Royal Surrey County Hospital and how they were able to organise the necessary hospital bed and other equipment that allowed Helen to be cared for at home during her final weeks.
Helen had a unique gift of sharing strength and happiness with others by just being her. Helen leaves Peter, her husband of 50 years, and her son Stuart and daughter-in-law Helen.
Her funeral is at 10.30am on Tuesday 14 April at Guildford Crematorium (No black tie please) and in place of flowers, please give a donation to Cancer Research UK
