It is with deep sadness we announce that Jo passed away at Frimley Park Hospital on Tuesday 21st May, aged 44.
Jo will be greatly missed by her loving partner Mick, her sister Gina, her sons Harvey and Hadley, her daughter Lilly, her friends, family and all those that knew her.
Funeral service to be held at Easthampstead Park Crematorium on Monday 17th June, at 3.30pm in the Braccan Chapel.
Family flowers only for the funeral please, but donations for those who wish can be made to Great Ormond Street Hospital, via the link below.
