John Derek,also affectionately known as Grumpy.
Died peacefully at home, on Thursday May 21st, aged 73 years. Beloved husband of Heather, loving brother to Rob, Lorraine and Kathleen, dearly loved uncle of niece Julie and nephew Christopher also adored honorary uncle to Ruby Raza.
He was also well loved by Heathers family, the Dixon clan.
A respected publican of 35 years he will be sadly missed by his pub staff family and many customers. I hope you will raise a glass or two in his honour next time you are at the bar.
