It is with much sadness that the family of Eileen Comiskey announce her passing. Eileen passed away peacefully at Whiston Hospital on the 21st August 2026 at the age of 87. Eileen from Haydock, started work as a waitress, but quickly changed her focus to looking after her children, and later on in life her grandchildren. Eileen's passions were her holidays with friends and family, bingo, poetry, puzzles, quizzes but most of all her church St Mary's Blackbrook and Saints RLFC. Eileen was a much loved wife to her late husband Terry, Mother, Nan, Great Grandmother and friend. Everyone who knew her will miss her dearly, especially her joy for life and her infectious smile and laugh.
