Jack sadly passed away on Monday 21st October 2024 in St Albans Care Home, Knott End. He will be dearly missed by his loving wife Maureen, his son David, his late daughter Debbie and daughter in law Lynne, Grandchildren and great grandchildren. The family wish to thank St Albans care Home for all their care and comfort to Jack and wish any donations in memory of Jack to go to the "St Albans care Home."
