Joan sadly passed away on Sunday 21st December, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend; she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Joan's Funeral shall take place on Friday 30th January at 2pm in the Woodland Chapel at Westerleigh Crematorium, followed by the Wake held in the Hospitality Suite at the Crematorium, all are welcome.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Joan's memory to Dementia Adventure by following the link above, alternatively there will be a donation box available on the day of the Funeral.
