It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Michael, aged 92. Dearly loved husband of Pat and father to Robert and David. Mike left his mark in education, teaching Motor Vehicle and Metalwork at Weston College and Churchill School, singing and performing with Weston Operatic and the Weston Light Orchestra. His all consuming passion was vintage cars, being a member of various car clubs. along with chauffeuring for weddings in his Rolls Royce Silver Ghost after his retirement from teaching. Many locals will remember this car and his little green Morris 8 used daily for commuting to work. Mike will be greatly missed by family, friends and all who knew him.
