Chris passed away peacefully at home on Thursday 22nd February surrounded by family.
Following a long battle with dementia, she is now at peace. You are very welcome to join us in celebrating her life. For those who cannot be with us, please let us know and we'll send you a link to the webcast. If you're planning to attend please let us know.
We have requested family flowers only and any donations made will be divided between Dementia UK and the Carers Trust who were a huge support to us.
