Sadly, on Saturday 22nd February, our beautiful mam/partner passed away peacefully surrounded by her family. Jacqui was also a doting and loving Nanny and Great Nanny. Loved by all who had the pleasure of meeting her, and will be missed dearly by her loved ones.
