Passed away peacefully at home aged 89 years. Dearly loved husband of Lily and father of the late Deborah.
Dearly loved brother and uncle.
Will family and friends please meet for a service to celebrate Derek's life at Sunderland Crematorium on Monday March 16th at 2:30pm. Flowers are welcomed by the family.
Donations, if so desired, will be gratefully accepted by the family on behalf of SCOPE and a donation box will be provided as you leave the crematorium.
Rest in Peace.
