It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jacob William Gannon, aged 27 years.
A much loved Son to Keith and Sarah, a cherished brother to Jack and Josh, a loving Grandson to Gordon, a special uncle to Archie and a dearly loved boyfriend to Carla. Jacob will be greatly missed by all his loving family and friends.
